We Are Open

U.S. Department of Homeland Security Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency has declared chiropractors to be essential critical infrastructure workforce.

Therefore, we are OPEN and keeping our normal hours. Also, we will be flexible and schedule patients during other hours, including weekends during this stressful and historic time. Please call on 301-279-0950 to discuss your individual circumstances.

Precautions are being taken for your health and safety. Patients will be scheduled so that in addition to the Doctor, there will be only 1-2 people in the office. All equipment is disinfected after each use. Hand sanitizer is used constantly. The doctor wears a face mask.

Please take care of yourself and each other. Get enough sleep. Drink plenty of water. Avoid binging on junk foods, sugar and carbohydrates.

Take time to meditate. Go for a walk and get some sunshine. Read a book. Listen to music. Be patient, caring, loving and respectful to others and yourself.

Please feel free to call us with any questions or concerns.

We'll get through this together.

Dr. Rob
